I think if they stuck with basis of that team until the transfer window then

then the club would be somewhere around the play-offs.

The club could then look to offload Naismith and Martin and use whatever savings towards a fast striker and full-backs that are more defensive minded. Pritch might also get fit to give a boost towards the end of the season.
