pretty good first half, woeful second half

As for the footy, brum were pretty much toothless up front but there we go clean sheet happy enough with that. vrancic is a weird one sometimes seems to switch off and then plays a world class final ball. second time i've seen trybulls and he caught the eye again so I think we've done well there. Oliveira a class act we'll do well to keep him in the next window I hope he stays obvs but I get the feeling he'll get carried away with himself and make a move which will I think not work out well for him.

We looked much more solid in the centre of defence and the signing of Hanley bodes well for finally getting amongst that problem.

Tettey was pure Tettey today if only he could measure a pass he'd be 👌 I've not seen all our games under DF but today we looked more settled and the shape was good.

Bit jimmed at the end when we were closing the game out that we left Tettey as the lone player picking up their lone front man when we were in their half as any counter would have had Tettey either innefective as on a card or he'd have cleaned the player out and gone off/gived a penno. But that didn't happen so all's well that ends well.

On the other hand good to see Madders in stoppage time head to the corner and run the clock down clever player who did very well today despite some very close attention.

Josh should have scored not sure from my vantage point how much of a near miss it was but he did cause Birmingham planty of problems.

Farke did some slick ball control skills when retrieving a ball out of play so he gets a strawberry cupcake for that for sure.

Final observation; lots of folks were constantly getting up and f**king off to go for a piss or whatever I mean all through the game, up down up down up down. How come people can't people just sit down for 45 mins anymore? Maybe it's just that the upper barclay are all total pissheads and have to empty their bladders every 20m mins I dunno.
