it's just another term for a coincidence. Same as: Norwich lose = "Along come Norwich" and I've broken my lucky Norwich cup that I've had for five years, watch us lose on Saturday etc. It's all superstitious bullschitt, the kind of crazy things that brought about religion and David Icke. There is NO SUCH THING as a 'textbook'. England have ZERO chance of winning the Ashes.
