We're not getting value for money from the players that are taking up our budget

We have a reasonable wage budget, probably top 6-8 in the champs, but the bulk of that will be on:

Naismith
Jerome
Oliveira
Pritchard
Klose
Tettey
Jarvis
Martin

Possibly Pinto?

We need players like that to really be delivering and then the cheaper players to be supplementing. At the moment we're relying on cheaper players to step up.
