By which I dont mean an unspecific indication of a low but imprecise number of c**ts, I actually mean one specific very peculiar c**t.

My next challenge is how to pay this bastard fine. There's nothing remotely helpful on the ticket, and not a great deal of seemingly reliable stuff on the internets.

My plan is to track down Miguel de la Gendarmes tomorrow, deploy my best Lo siento no hablo Espanol. Habla Inglés? show the cat my ticket and hope for the best.
