Not been an issue for Stoke/West Brom/Watford/Palace/ Swansea/Southampton

None of those clubs, please note, are dependent on one manager catching lightning in a bottle, as we were under Lambert. All have established themselves in the Prem; none are 'naturally' much bigger than we are, and several are a lot smaller.
