I was happy to change the structure.

I thought if just carried on doing the same thing, we'd get the same results. I still think it could work. I worry obout our player recruitment. Seems to me we've brought in 10 or so very average players that do nothing to strengthen the first XI. Would much rather have seen us bring in 3 or 4 good quality players.
