Thoughts on yesterday...

Firstly, I left the ground really worried by that performance. My first words on relaying the game to my dad were 'I just hope there are 3 teams worse than us'. Twenty-four hours on I stand by that.

The defence is atrocious and not just Martin and franke but the full backs too. I've been to QPR and Millwall so far and have not been impressed by Husbands. He's small, doesn't to have any pace and gets knocked off the ball too easily. Goals 1 & 2 came down his side. Pinto, yes has lots of pace and is good going forward but he's a defender. He doesn't seem to want to head or tackle. Obviously the midfield have a part to play too, he HAS to start Tettey and Reed next game. The one positive is that Klose is to come back. Didn't think I'd be writing those words and of last season.

I think in the second half we got an excellent example of how easy we are to defend against, especially when behind. Millwall basically just defended their 18 yard box and broke on us. That said in the first 15mins when we were a bit move direct and passed the quicker we created a fair few chances. Clearly we need to change tactics here.

It's also very worrying that we 'done'/spent our money and this is what we're left with. I'm all for giving people a chance and appreciate completely that we need to be patient but only if there's ultimately going to be an improvement. Not sure there will be at the moment.
