The building things up taking time is doomed to fail

Anybody who performs would be targeted by other clubs looking to be promoted.
You can't get players to buy into the fact it might take 3/4 seasons to get where we want because we're building. They'd be off and then you'd be in a loop continually replacing player just to stand still, you have to plan for this season only
Unless surviving in the championship is the ultimate goal
