Some people seem to be football ideologists, Webber may,or may not be.

But some seem to not be too be hurt enough by bad results as long we've played the style of football that suits their beliefs.You've got to be able to adapt and only that barce team of 5/6 years ago were that good that they didn't need a plan b/c.
