I need about 5 different passwords to access my PC that must be different and must change every month and can't be used twice in the same year.

So I just have 12 post it notes on my screen with the relevant passwords for that month. Job done.

On reflection, that's not particularly secure is it? Maybe I should reverse the order they are stuck up in to confuse hackers.
