1/2 hr on phone to sky threatening to cnacel in favour of virgin
Eventually offered a reduction of £27 per month to keep me - same package - sky sports, hd, multiroom, boxsets etc - deal for 18 months too. Thats near £500 saved for the sake of a phone call kids.
