Re point 3 I would drop Naismith/Vrancic/Sti epermann and

would play Tettey and Reed as a two behind an attacking midfield trio of Wes, Maddison and Murphy with Oliveira (if fit) as the lone striker.

I like Reed and he looks a tidy player but he's quite small and not as athletic as Tettey. I therefore feel we look a bit exposed having him as the only defensive midfielder. Plus Tetts is ok in the air which should help defensively as well.

Just my opinion though.
