iFollow - information

If, like myself, you are an overseas subscriber to the iFollow service, then you might be interested in this reply from canaries.co.uk, regarding my query on the lack of commentary on the video feeds:

Much to our frustration the EFL have yet to provide the technology for us to use the same commentary on away matches. The EFL's broadcaster, NeuLion, take only one feed from the game, so for matches between the 13 Championship clubs who are on iFollow it has to be a clean feed with no comms, and then comms is added remotely.

For home matches against clubs who don't have iFollow - like QPR - we are free to add the Radio Norfolk comms to the feed.

We're putting pressure on them to resolve this, and they're aware that it would produce a better service if they do so they're working to resolve it.
