at management and board level. I think the downsizing is prudent if it is needed to safeguard the future of the club. The problem is we're trying to implement the new philosophy with the wrong existing players. The clearout needed to get rid of the likes of Naismith, Martin and Tettey rather than Howson and Murphy. But, of course, the former three are on relatively huge wages which no one else would consider matching, so we're stuck with having them to implement the transition to the new style.
