learn and believe in it and it's finer points in order to coach it effectively.

As for fine tuning your system to the skill set yes! But it doesn't happen overnight and didn't with ranieri either. That will happen from Farke I am sure. Lambert went through the same process.

Lambert had time to look at what he had and then replace gradually as he needed. And he went for loads of lower league players or guys who had something to prove. In Farke's case the clear out happened or was in motion before so he had to buy immediately and then gel almost an entire new team.

Just needs time.
