You're right about shouting at the youngsters as well. In a similar vein I noticed Hoolahan has had a go at Murphy a lot in the last couple of games as well for his decision making. I know it must be frustrating when he keeps overhitting crosses or picking the wrong pass, but I'm not sure it's helping, particularly someone like Murphy who seems something of a 'confidence player'.
