yeah, I almost feel sorry for him how he's been misused since he's been here

But he's probably our highest earner so I'm sure that's some consolation for him.

He's so clearly not suited to a possession style, with lots of 1-2s and working the ball in tight spaces - if that is the way we are going long term, then we should probably just cut our losses with him, stick him on the bench permanently and stop trying to make him something he is not.
