Yeah.

I don't want us to abandon the plan - Swansea, Bournemouth and similar teams built their (limited) success on a specific identity. That's exactly what we have to do and I did think a little last night that we showed signs of changing our "style" after two games; more long balls, hurried in possession etc. Early on, for example, Wes tried an ambitious pass which went way beyond Nelson O and out for a goal kick. Everyone applauded the idea, if not the execution. Fair enough. However, he'd just given possession away, allowed QPR to get balance back and rebuild, when they'd had most of the play. He didn't need to do it and a simple pass, waiting for a better opportunity would have been a better option. Would anyone have applauded that? Doubtful.

Obviously there has to be a balance and if you attempt nothing then nothing will succeed. I just want us to be more patient and get behind what they're trying to do.
