Casamia is ok

but it's one of those 'tasting menus' which, to me, seem to depend on buying into the 'experience'.

'fine dining' like that is lost on me I'm afraid. It's more style than substance and very Emperor's New Clothes - once you've forked out £100 for the privilege of a meal, most people are going to convince themselves that it was worth it so that they can justify the spend. Attracts too many of the Considerably Richer Than Yow brigade.

Give me a good country pub any day of the week.

(bah humbug)
