Complaint sent to Norwich City FC

Concerning I Follow. You can read it right here, if you'd like:

I am writing to you concerning the brilliant offer to us fans overseas (who indeed live far, far away), namley I Follow.
I have to remarks on this service.
Firstly, the app I have downloaded via my Ipad, does not work with connecting on to my home TV. All others apps work fine, but not Norwich City's.

Second: I hope and believe that the Ifollow service will improve. You had recently boasted all commentaries will be the same as BBC Norfolk's, but no commentary was available through the match via Ifollow. You must add som graphic, which shows a minimum of score and passed time.
Albeit, it was nearly like being at a match at Carrow Road, had it not been for the horrible delay of sound. It actually lagged 10 seconds between picture and sound.
As a paying customer, I hope and demand that these matters are improved.
