You don't need a philosophy

Just need to put as many of your best players on pitch in system that plays to their strength and minimises weakness.

Eg Holt up top with a partner, Wes behind with 3x mids supplying and covering him.

This will be our third straight season of always playing 1 striker as we want to 'dominate possession'. Means we can never mix it up as we can only have at most 2 first team quality strikers in squad, both vaguely similar to fit into the philosophy. Entire team and squad built to play one way. And there is a chance the opponent's will have a way of countering (ie do us on the break) which our less than elite defence will not handle.

I really believe we'll be in a relegation fight this year.
