I think you misunderstand the concept of a football messageboard and

people tweeting about football.

People post/tweet comments and observations on their team. Nobody is suggesting Farke can't see what needs to be done (although I genuinely believe Neil couldn't) indeed most of us are enthused by the fact that it appears he can see quickly what needs to be addressed.

Doesn't mean fans can't or won't comment on it - indeed using your rationale nobody could ever post a comment about how we play or what our weaknesses are which would make for a dull old board.
