I went for a recovery chinese at 20:30 last night

and had a recovery pint of milk and 2x pain aux chocolate at half 08:30 this morgen.

I'm at a spiritual post-run crossroads. Don't know whether to f**k it all off before I get hurt or keep going...but for what?! Wheres my motivation?

I've got the black clothes peg blues.
