Agree needs to be quietly dealt with behind closed doors

But I get the impression Oliveira is something of a surly hothead as a character and just lost it. It takes all sorts of characters to make up a successful team and provided it can be managed there is nothing wrong with having someone with a bit of an edge, indeed you could argue it's something we have not had enough of in the team at times.
