because i don't trust this government..........

or any other government sooner or later you will have to carry them at all times and produce them on demand , so by the simple act of not carrying a card and going about you daily lawful businees ,when asked for it and you can not produce it (for what ever reason from ) you become a criminal
All it allows is for the government to keep tabs on us
