Things to do around Norwich

Coming down to Norwich with my 13 year old twin boys next week for the first time in a while - to take in 2 Norwich games. Looking for things to do with them while I'm down - any suggestions? Use to go on holiday in Happisburgh many years ago so thinking of taking them there for a day. How much is it to hire a boat on the broads - is Wroxham the best place for this?

Also they enjoy doing parkrun - I am staying near Little Melton and see there is one in Eaton Park - anyone done it? Is parking easy?
