That's what I have and I do loads of hills and never struggle...

I ride with guys with 28 cassettes and they're grinding rather than spinning. Not easy on the knees and they suffer towards the end of the ride.

If you're struggling then a 32 would be better. And it's about technique too. I sit and spin for a bit, get out of the saddle for a bit. It's all about experimenting and seeing what works for you.

Plus it's easier now that I'm carrying less weight and hills do get easier the more you do.
