Will there be congestion of runners on this run? I'd love to wind someone

snapping at my heels as we go into the home straight.

Some git in my slipstream, coasting for half a km, not moving to pass if I move over, just that bit behind, their breath audible. I don't deign to turn my head, but I just know they are either a full kit w**ker or a black shorts/white singlet type.

Just flatten the bugger, and no stewart will be able to cry foul as it will appear to be a legit running manoevre
