I've been knocked off my scooter twice (RIP Vespa) - both times hit from behind. Found the aches and pains kicked in the day after and continued getting more over the following couple of days (possibly the adrenalin delaying it straight away) - so perhaps don't make a decision either way just yet.

Hated the whole claim process though and Minister Law were awful to deal with.
