Wouldn't recommend E&L

I moved my cat insurance to them when age restrictions meant only them or Pet Plan would take them. My friend recommended E&L after they had covered her dog's extensive treatment for his heart condition so thought they'd be OK. But both times when I've had to claim for my cats it's taken 2 months to get the money back. On the last occasion by the time they had taken the excess off and applied various restrictions I only got half the money back. Wish I'd gone with Pet Plan but doubt I could move now!
