e things that sound gross but actually turn out to be delightful can anyone vouch for the merits of the mashy cheese collaboration?" type of supplementary. Turns out there's quite an impressive groundswell of opinion in the pro-mashycheesyspud corner. Also it turns out that mashycheesyspuds are vile. Cheese as I suspected does not belong in mashy spuds, it can go on top yes no problem but it does f**k all to alter the structure of the spud other than to make it taste like cheese which negates the whole point of bringing the two ingredients together. Mashy spuds and cheese are not good bedfellows.
