Late match summary from last night

Wildschut did look good, although I doubt he will get as much space in league games. Final ball lacked at times. I see a lot of people said Godfrey played well, but for me he doesn't look comfortable at full back. When switched to left back/wing back he really slowed everything down, constantly only wanting the ball on his right foot. Not knocking him as he was out of position, would like to see him in midfield.
I thought Naismith looked good playing deeper. worked hard, tackles flying in and kept the ball moving. Looks a totally different player to the one that kept falling over when he first arrived.
Reid comfortable and always showing for the ball. Blimey he is tiny though!
Maddison looked good. Was taken out about 5 times but think he has the quality on the ball to deal with cloggers in the championship.
Husband didn't look totally assured - will reserve judgement until a few more outings.
As everyone else has said, Josh was pretty anonymous, but then I thought the same of his brother and he went for 12m...
I thought the team looked pretty coherent and compact compared to the last few seasons. Still optimistic.....
