Two things that have monked me right off in the last 24hrs.

Some chump posted a 1* negative review on our business page, despite not actually being a customer. And there's nothing I can do about it.

Some chump going by the name of Harris Singh has more or less defrauded me out of the sum of £1,300. And it appears there's nothing I can do about it.
