Grant holt ? I mean for faking gym visits.

I thought it was mentioned in a book I read. Maybe huckerby's autobiography? Which would have meant 2010 or earlier.

But then that's way too early for Instagram. Maybe I even read about a player faking gym visits in Alex ferguson's book. Or maybe even mcveigh's. I think the general concept has been around for a while. Lol
