Hi Charles
I tend to eat a stir fry + prawns/seabass on the 2 of 5:2 days.

You soon get used to working out calories, ie piece for fruit 100, cream cracker 30.

I 'use' 100 a day on white coffee

Soups are brill too

A three egg omlette with 1oz cheese is c 300

It's a piece of cake, which is right out!

On the 5 days i eat and drink basically what i like, but i have started to be a bit more careful now, thinking about what i eat and taking marginally smaller portions.

It works for me. I find it easy to adhere to, that's why i can do it :-)
