I say this without a hint of sour grapes

I really really hope the Murph goes up there and knocks them dead with epic displays, plays for England, the whole shebang.

But I really do worry for him. I can see him coming on as a sub a couple of times and losing someone at the back post, or giving the ball away cheap a couple of times, or crossing the ball out of play for goal kick and having the Toon army turn on him very very quickly.
