Milestone achievement for the club IMO

Bringing through an academy player who we've flogged for £10m+. Obviously it would be great to be successful in the Prem with a team packed with homegrown talent, but that's unrealistic in this day and age, so failing that bringing in significant turnover through transfer fees should be seen as a big achievement.
