i don't think so but i am not ware of their provenance

they look well old innit but i do like them. It demonstrates that the good citizens of the city truly care about where they live and toil. If a city goes to such lengths to make something so mundane and utilitarian so beautiful then I think that makes those people very beautiful as well. Well done Lisboans.
