I've just changed to going into the office for 2 days every other week.

It's a bit odd doing the morning meetings via Skype, but I get loads more done. With Skype and Slack I can get in touch with my colleagues easily enough. Or I can even pick the phone up if necessary. It's much better than a 3 hour daily commute across the fens which means I can do the nursery runs. Which keeps my wife happy and I get to do the washing too ;).
