They all looked decent against a team that looked up for it.

There wasn't a lot of space on the pitch and Cambridge pressed a lot, I thought. Also they had a completely fresh team for the last two quarters.

Wildschut annoyed me a bit when he didn't fill in at the far post when the ball was clearly going to come in from the left. However there were flashes of good stuff from him. Lewis looks good, he'll do well eventually I think. Gunn didn't have much to do, but looks very competent with the ball at his feet. Matthews made an excellent save late on. Nelson and Jerome both didn't get chances, which was a minor concern for me. Josh worked hard and was effective. I liked the look of Vrancic, he did a lot and has an excellent touch and pass. Maddison didn't get in the game as much as I'd like but there were moments. Maybe Cambridge didn't give him the space. Pritchard was Pritchard until he was crocked; I think he'll be out for a while, I really hope not. The German defence looks like it'll take a week or two to bed in but the plan is clearly there.
