Don't let facts get in the way of a good arguement

1 It was always going to be more cost effective to build on top of the main stand meaning it wasn't neccessary to spend more on the south stand.
2 The purchase of the land by Chase nearly bankrupted the club. One million in 1994 was a hell of a lot of money and the repayments over 10 years were one of the reasons we had to sell Ward, Newsome etc.
