Spot On & Well Said

We CAN be an established Premier club-we have the support to sustain the sort of gates required, we have the infrastructure, we have a large City and a good catchment area, we have everything apart from the attitude. The very minute we got promoted it was "...oh dear, look at us, we're the country cousins, never mind, the hospitality will be good..." from the board, and a defeatist attitude from the manager ("...hey, wasn't it great to be on the same pitch as Arsenal...")-they are repeating and perpetuatin this "nice little Norwich" myth mantra-like until we all believe it as well, well, sorry, no can do.
