And how good the Farke defensive system is. The system that AN played may well have contributed to shambolic defensive performances. Full backs were required to bomb on and play high up the pitch. Therefore very often caught out of position. Is Pinto really s**t at defending or just hung out to dry by the previous system? Did this contribute to the CBs looking rubbish too, as they were often exposed?

(I do also accept that our defenders may a large number of elementary mistakes that led to goals too. Just putting an alternative and I think plausible view. Well know how it's going a lot better after the first few proper games.)
