He's quick, intelligent and has a good left foot. I like the way he speaks about wanting to be at Norwich and wanting to improve.
One particular trend that I've noticed in all the signings we've made is that they emphasise how they have sat down and spoken to Farke about how the team will play. I take this as a real positive and hope that it will avoid the type of scenarios we saw recruitment wise under AN and Hughton where we signed players who didn't suit our style and they either struggled, became frustrated or didn't get picked at all (RVW, Bamford, Madders, Pritchard).
I am increasingly positive about how this recruitment set up will work as it strips out any "bias". Farke tells Webber he needs a player to play in X position and with X attributes. He goes out and gets him. These players won't be the finished article but with the right attitude and working under a top coach we can at least expect to see improvement.
I also expect this to make us a very appealing club for Prem clubs to send players on loan too and whilst this has already been proved to an extent with Reed and Gunn (although accept there are other reasons behind him coming "home") I expect at least one more significant coup in the loan market such as an Abraham/Chalobah.
Exciting times if nothing else.
