I would caveat it though, by saying that NCFC seemingly having ruled out new ownership is a dreadful mistake - purely because restricting all possible options always is. And when the time comes for Smith and Jones to step back, I highly doubt their nephew will receive anything like the same amount of patience.
The cult of Delia's always been quite the phenomenon. In a sense, she's all but brainwashed most of us into accepting limitations which stem from her own relative lack of means. Compare this with Chase, who was loathed throughout his time despite it frequently being so successful - and especially loathed for selling players (despite our limitations meaning we plainly had to).
It's more complicated than that, of course - and football now is a completely different planet to our glory days. You're quite right to warn how many pitfalls there are under so many types of owner. But if we're going this way, that puts so much pressure on us constantly nailing the football decisions - because if we don't, we could sink down the pecking order pretty quickly.
