When did the shortened version of Nelson Olivera's name become NO?

It's just a bit silly for my liking. I get distracted by reading a big capital lettered NO in posts.

We should stick to Olly or Nelson III or something - at least whilst he's with us. If he does pop off to Reading then though, I'd be happy for us to re-name him NO.
