My understanding is....

...that Venus entered on green and the light went red shortly afterwards. She took a while to clear the junction, such that the traffic approaching from the right was then on a green.

To me, the car coming from the right is going way too fast considering the lights can only just have gone from red to green.

Should always approach junctions with caution in my opinion.
