the guy i work with knows Nigel and co reasonably well.
At the start of the season i had no real gripes with NW but then things started to pan out the way they did.
I remember saying that NW should go if things are not turned around soon, this was after the Luton, Wolves games. He would defend NW and say that it was not his fault and that he should be given untill Xmas to turn things around and that it was the players fault for our perfomances.
When we brought in Etuhu on loan, i made a comment like "last throw of the dice" to which my colleague went into a rant calling me a t**t and saying i knew nothing about football and that i was a doom monger who was jumping on the band wagon.
I continued my stance on NW going and my mate then starting saying that he should be given till the end of the season.
I have heard various comments like "you can't keep blaming poor old Nigel for the bad results".
Recently though i thought that even my colleague may be turning anti Worthy as he has started with coming out with critcism of Worthy's signings and how he doesn't like flair players and commented on how when we were in the Premiership we didn't go out to win games.
I decided the other day to test the water to see if he has become anti NW, i made the comment "i would like to see a change of manager next season with someone like Peter Taylor" to which my colleague slightly angrily and rather snapily replied "changing the manager doesn't work, look at Newcastle, stability is behind all the successful clubs, look at Charlton and Man U".
I have now decided that my colleague is the ultimate Keep The Faith advocate and that he will not be turned.
Do you know any ardent KTF'ers?
