Five reasons why Worthy should be sacked

First of all I would like to say that Worthy has been a good servant for us in the past and I will never forget the promotion season for which we should all be grateful. However, it is clear he has passed his sell by date and has been finally found out as being nothing more than an average Football Manager with limited ability and someone who lacks passion and inspiration.
Five reasons why he should go now are as follows:

1. Lack of tactical nous - He rarely gets the tactics right from the start of the game and when was the last time he successfully changed tactics midway through a game in order to outthink the opposition.
2. Poor track record of signing and/or developing young, quality players. How many young players with potential has he developed into better players?
3. Short Term fixes. Loan players and buying journeyman players in their thirties is to me the wrong way to go. We need a balance of youth and experience but more importantly people committed to the cause. for the long term.
4. Lack of creativity. We need players who can turn games with moments of inspiration and who keep the ball on the floor, not just players with three lungs, little skill and no goals.
5. Poor man management. With Worthy it seems he has only one way of managing players - Do what I say or you're dropped and out of favour unless injuries get so bad I can't avoid giving you a place on the bench. Different characters need different styles of management and when you have chosen to have a small squad you need to keep everyone on board and motivated.

We are lucky to have such an excellent Board of Directors at Norwich and I do genuinely think the club is very well-run. However they have become too close to Worthy and objectivity has gone out of the window. Sorry Delia but enough is enough, please listen to the fans and realise that your loyalty should first and foremost be to them and at the moment we are not being listened to. OTBC.
